Manufacturing Technician, Lebanon, NH

$25.00/hour

M-Th 6:25am - 3:55pm / e/o Fri 6:25am-2:55pm

Responsibilities

Provide technical support on the production line.
Train employees on manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
Troubleshoot process, equipment, and documentation issues.
Monitor and help resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
Identify tooling or equipment that is out of calibration or not suitable for use.
Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Support new product and process launches.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Engineering or equivalent manufacturing experience.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to train and guide others.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with computers and ERP systems.
