Understands the cultures of organizations.Time Management – Values time, uses his/her time effectively and efficiently.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or a related fieldStrong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis with excellent critical thinking skillsExperience supporting acquisitions and minority investments from target sourcing through post-close integrationExperience managing complex diligence processes and working with legal documentation and transaction structuresPrior project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlinesStrong communication skills and professional maturity, with experience interacting with senior executives and boardsExperience in industrial services, environmental services, infrastructure, energy, or related sectors preferred but not requiredThis position requires 10% travel.
