Your Tasks & Responsibilities

To support our continued international expansion, we are strengthening our strategic commercial team with a Global Key Account Manager. In this role, you will own and develop a portfolio of key global accountsprimarily headquartered in Francewhile driving growth across Europe and the US. You will play a critical role in building long-term partnerships, unlocking cross-border opportunities, and creating value across business units and industries.

As a Global Key Account Manager, you play a pivotal role in managing and developing strategic international accounts. Your impact goes far beyond traditional sales:

• Build and maintain strong relationships at C-level and decision-making level
• Develop and execute long-term account strategies focused on sustainable growth
• Identify and drive opportunities across countries and business units
• Align internal stakeholders (sales, business development, R&D, operations) around one customer strategy
• Lead strategic discussions, partnerships, and high-impact projects while monitoring performance via KPIs

Who Are You?

• You are a strategic relationship builder with a strong business mindset and international experience.
• Ideally based in France, with willingness to travel across Europe and the US
• 1015+ years of experience in an international industrial environment
• Strong technical affinity to understand and communicate complex solutions
• Proven track record in key account management, business development, or senior sales
• Experience in sectors such as biogas, chemicals, water treatment, soil remediation, or environmental technologies is a strong asset
• Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
