Chi cerchiamo Cerchiamo un/a Social Media Manager energico/a e appassionato/a del mondo digitale, che conosca il panorama dei content creator italiani e ami creare connessioni autentiche con le community online. Mansioni / Job Description della figura Stimolare l'engagement dei contenuti delle nostre piattaforme social Monitorare e gestire i commenti sui canali social Analisi dei dati ed elaborazione report per estrarre insight dai commenti Creazione nuove strategie, Coordinamento commenti social Impostazione, gestione e analisi e ottimizzazione delle piattaforme social Competenze Attitudinali Capacità di comunicare con professionalità ed empatia Capacità di lavorare in team Capacità di organizzare il lavoro in modo indipendente e collaborare in team Attenzione ai dettagli Eccellenti capacità di scrittura e comunicazione Conoscenza approfondita delle principali piattaforme di social media e strumenti di gestione Capacità dimostrate di pensare in modo creativo e di adattarsi rapidamente a nuove tendenze e tecnologie Saper leggere, ascoltare e scrivere in lingua inglese almeno a livello buono Pensatore proattivo, con auto‑motivazione, mente analitica e indipendente Carattere energico, deciso e che risponde bene sotto pressione Spirito creativo e pro‑attivo Capacità di adattarsi e integrarsi rapidamente con nuove culture e organizzazioni Forti capacità interpersonali/comunicative con i clienti, i dipendenti, il personale professionale e la comunità Benefit e Opportunità Piani incentivi mensili (aggiuntivi al fisso) su raggiungimento di KPI legate alla mansione Possibilità di formare altre persone e avere un team, al raggiungimento della piena efficienza operativa nella posizione Postazione di lavoro altamente innovativa, prestigiosa, in contesto corporate Formazione costante e continua, supporto e coaching personalizzato Ambiente giovane, dinamico e divertente Operiamo nel mercato digital e innovazione Grandi e forti vision, mission e valori (li trovi molto dettagliati in questa pagina) Caffè illimitato ;-) Orari di lavoro
