Litigation Secretary | Am Law 100 Firm | Downtown Los Angeles (Hybrid) (JN -062026-423331) Los Angeles, California Salary: USD75000 - USD95000 per year Nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm known for excellence, collaboration, and career growth is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Legal Secretary to support a dynamic team of attorneys in Downtown Los Angeles. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys being a trusted partner to legal teams. Why This Position Stands Out Work with a prestigious, top-tier law firm Employer-paid parking in Downtown LA Collaborative, professional culture with strong support systems Opportunity to grow within a respected and expanding litigation team What You’ll Be Doing Preparing, formatting, and managing legal documents and case files Handling state and federal e-filing with accuracy and efficiency Drafting, proofreading, and editing correspondence and pleadings Managing complex calendaring, deadlines, and court schedules Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and client communications Preparing expense reports and reimbursements Staying ahead of deadlines by anticipating team needs and priorities Skills & Experience You Bring 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Legal Secretary supporting multiple attorneys Strong experience with federal and state e-filing Solid understanding of court rules and civil procedures Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Experience working in a paperless or highly digital environment Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills Insurance Defense or Healthcare Litigation experience (a plus, not required) Additional Information Location: Downtown Los Angeles Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote (after training) Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 commensurate with experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Adams-
