Shift Supervisor As a Shift Supervisor at Joe & the Juice, you keep the heartbeat of the store alive. You lead the shift, maintain a high‑energy environment, support staff, and ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Daily Operations – Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF) is followed, observe store traffic, assign tasks, and deliver feedback. Cleanliness & Standards – Supervise and delegate daily checklists, maintain store cleanliness, safety, and Pink Standards; report and document issues. Team Training – Support new juicers through the global training mantra: Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation; build a confident crew. Guest Experience – Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions; handle in‑store feedback professionally. Sales Focus – Monitor commercial targets, manage deliveries, report accurately, and guide the team to support sales performance. Key Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and lead under pressure. Passion for people, service, and personal growth. A proactive, hands‑on approach with a team‑first mindset.
