Funeral Home Office Leader — Operations & Staff Excellence

NorthStar Memorial Group in Memphis, TN is seeking a Cemetery & Funeral Home Office Manager at Memorial Pak Funeral Home & Cemetery. The role involves overseeing administrative operations, coordinating orders, and leading staff to uphold ethical, service-focused standards.

You will work with General Manager and location teams, manage inventory for vaults and markers, partner with Grounds/Maintenance, and ensure families receive timely, compassionate service.
