HR Generalist & Payroll Coordinator
The Regents of the University of California on behalf of their Los Angeles Campus
The Human Resources Manager at UCLA Campus Life reports to the Assistant Director of HR and supports all campus life units. You will manage personnel and payroll actions, ensure compliance with UC policies, and provide training to managers on recruitment, benefits, and performance processes. You will analyze data, produce reports, and guide staff through leave, disciplinary actions, and transitions.
