Payroll Coordinator

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $28 to $34 per hour.
Job Responsibilities :- Process ADP WFN payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain employee records and ensure all information is up to date
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit statements
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors
- Generate payroll reports for management and accounting purposes
- Assist with year-end payroll tasks, including W-2 preparation
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data
- HS Diploma, Associate's/Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related field
- 3+ years experience of payroll processing
- Advance with MS Office Suite (Excel) and in using ADP WFN payroll software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Accounting knowledge of practices and tax laws
