Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify psychological disorders using evidence-based practices, ensuring precise formulation of clients' needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, setting specific therapeutic goals to help clients navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

• Deliver outpatient psychotherapy through both in-person and telehealth modalities, employing various evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a broad spectrum of demographics and mental health concerns. You will work with individuals dealing with various mental health disorders, such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), ADHD, anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma-related issues, and grief. This role requires sensitivity to cultural, socio-economic, and individual factors that influence mental health, allowing you to tailor your therapeutic approach accordingly.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Valid state licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is a must.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
