Responsibilities
- Provide strategic clinical science leadership across GI oncology studies, programs, and assets
- Guide clinical data interpretation and support identification of development opportunities and risks
- Standardize clinical science approaches, medical data review practices, and scientific standards across portfolio
- Manage and develop clinical science team members, providing coaching and clear direction
- Contribute clinical science perspective to governance discussions, portfolio reviews, and senior leadership meetings
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of gastrointestinal cancers, disease biology, and treatment landscape
- Extensive clinical science experience in oncology drug development and study design
- Demonstrated strategic leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strong expertise in clinical endpoints, data interpretation, and regulatory considerations
- Experience managing and developing scientific staff in a matrix organization
- Proven track record standardizing processes and implementing scientific best practices
