Responsibilities

- Contribute scientific perspective to portfolio governance discussions and senior leadership reviews
- Guide data interpretation and study planning to support program decisions and development strategy
Requirements
- Deep expertise in gynecologic cancer biology, treatment landscape, and clinical development
- Experience leading clinical science strategy across multiple programs and assets
- Track record managing and developing clinical scientists and scientific leaders
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with regulatory, biostatistics, and clinical operations
- Demonstrated ability to standardize practices and promote scientific consistency at scale
