Office Administrator

Personnel Resources is eagerly seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support a growing company in Panama City, Florida. This position will support operations and provide administrative support to management and ownership of the company. Position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and offers a salary of $52-62k annually, based on experience. Job Functions Process payroll by entering hours and coordinating with the bookkeeper for reconciliation Track outstanding invoices Maintain AR aging reports Collections on past due balances Manage the owner's calendar by arranging meetings, deadlines and organizing team meetings when necessary Communicate with clients via incoming calls, emails and responding to inquiries Process new hire paperwork and onboarding Benefits administration Purchase office supplies and coordinate needs throughout the facility Assist in generating reports for management and ownership Requirements Must have 5+ years of administrative and accounting experience, experience in construction or the trades is highly preferred Must have 3+ years of hands on payroll experience with preference given to experience including Quickbooks, Gusto, ADP or similar system Must be familiar with HR processes Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Must be proficient in Quick Books Must have strong communication skills Personnel Resources is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
