Spanish Music Producer / Audio Engineer for Generative Music AI Evaluation

Role Overview

Evaluate generative music AI outputs across a broad range of genres, applying professional production and engineering judgment in Spanish (ES) and English. This role focuses on detailed music-quality assessment for an AI research project.

Key Responsibilities

• Compare AI-generated songs side by side for musicality, creativity, adherence to prompts, vocal quality, and production and mix quality.
• Classify songs by genre, structure, instrumentation, vocals, and other musical characteristics.
• Assess AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Spanish (ES) proficiency and the ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• At least 2 years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.
• Headphones or studio monitors appropriate for critical listening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal training in music performance, music theory, or composition.
• Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.
• Broad familiarity with contemporary Spanish (ES) genres, subgenres, and artists.

Work Terms

• Remote, hourly independent contractor engagement.
• Immediate start, with work available for up to 6 months.
• Flexible schedule. Most contributors work about 20 hours per week, with no maximum hour limit.

Compensation

$39 to $54 per hour.
