Music Producer for AI Model Evaluation (Urdu)

Evaluate AI-generated music across diverse genres, using your production and critical listening skills to judge musicality, creativity, vocal performance, and production quality. You will work in Urdu and English to provide detailed, structured assessments that guide improvements to generative music models developed in collaboration with a leading AI lab.

• Compare pairs of AI-generated songs head-to-head, rating musicality, creativity, adherence to the prompt, vocal quality, and production or mix quality.
• Annotate and label tracks for genre, structure, instrumentation, vocal presence, and other musical characteristics.
• Review AI-generated lyrics and vocal performances against reference material to assess quality, accuracy, and fluency.

• Native or near-native proficiency in Urdu, with the ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.
• Nice to have: formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
• Nice to have: credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.
• Nice to have: broad familiarity with contemporary Urdu genres, sub-genres, and artists.

• Location: Remote.
• Employment type: hourly.

• Typical commitment: flexible, most experts work around 20 hours per week; there is no cap on hours.

Pay range: 14 - 42 hourly.

• Must be able to work in Urdu and read English instructions as described above.
