Punjabi Music Producer for AI Model Evaluation

Evaluate and rate AI-generated music in Punjabi and English, providing detailed assessments of musicality, creativity, vocal performance, and production quality for a research partnership with a leading AI lab. This role focuses on critical listening, structured labeling, and comparative judgment across a wide range of genres and styles.

• Listen to and compare AI-generated songs head-to-head, judging musicality, creativity, adherence to prompts, vocal quality, and production and mix quality.
• Label tracks for genre, song structure, instrumentation, vocal presence and characteristics, and other musical features.
• Review AI-generated lyrics and vocal performances against reference material for quality and accuracy.
• Follow detailed evaluation rubrics and provide consistent, objective ratings according to project standards.

• Native or near-native proficiency in Punjabi, with the ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.
• Personal headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.
• Nice to have: formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
• Nice to have: credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.
• Nice to have: broad familiarity with contemporary Punjabi genres, sub-genres, and artists.

• Location: Remote.

• Time commitment: Flexible. Most experts work around 20 hours per week, there is no cap on hours.

• Rate: 15 per hour.
