Position Department Manager – Commercial Service Department (Bloomington, IL) Job Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial door service department. Promote and participate in process improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency. Communicate regularly with management to review business results, share observations, and provide feedback. Communicate with customers, ensuring the highest quality of service has been provided. Improve individual performance of the field force you manage through daily, monthly, and yearly performance reviews. Lead monthly sales and performance department meetings. Devise, provide leadership for, and develop staff through effective communication, coaching, training, and development for continued success and future advancement. Other duties as assigned by Manager. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree highly preferred and a minimum of four (4) years of experience managing personnel; an equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered. Responsible for communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction levels consistently exceed expectations. Review customer survey data and respond to customer concerns. Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all safety laws and policies. Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
