Core Responsibilities

Collect the qualifications and coverage requirements for Wayne County nursing-home social work.
Check the availability of personnel suitable for Wayne County nursing-home social work.
Verify the required credentials for proposed Wayne County nursing-home social work assignments.
Match available personnel to the Wayne County nursing-home social work work and schedules.
Arrange the assignment records needed for Wayne County nursing-home social work.
Confirm personnel coverage before Wayne County nursing-home social work activities begin.
Track attendance and coverage during Wayne County nursing-home social work assignments.
Arrange qualified replacement cover for Wayne County nursing-home social work gaps.
Resolve scheduling or qualification mismatches affecting Wayne County nursing-home social work.
Reconcile Wayne County nursing-home social work assignment and coverage records with the service lead.
