We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This entry‑level role is dedicated to supporting our Marketforce team and is ideal for someone looking to grow their accounting career in a fast-paced, service‑oriented environment. You’ll be responsible for assisting with day‑to‑day financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting activities, helping ensure accuracy and compliance across our accounting processes. Key Responsibilities Pulling daily and monthly reports for reconciliations across seven different agencies. Reconciling daily and monthly payment trackers to ensure all payments are accurately posted. Identifying and resolving payment discrepancies during daily reconciliations. Processing daily payment returns and keying payments efficiently. Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma, plus some tertiary qualification in finance (for example, an associate's degree, certificate, or coursework in accounting or finance). Proficiency in multitasking and self-directed work. Basic skills in Microsoft Word and PDF applications. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of formulas and data analysis. Experience with payment reconciliations involving payment processors, banks, and systems of record. Trustworthiness and discretion. Location and eligibility Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. Background checks and screenings Must be willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
