Maintenance Director (Confidential) – Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee plant operations at a skilled nursing facility. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-functioning environment for residents and staff.

• Oversee all maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance programs

• Ensure compliance with Life Safety Code, OSHA, and all state/federal regulations

• Maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.)

• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion of repairs

• Oversee outside vendors and service contracts

• Maintain emergency preparedness and safety plans

• Ensure the facility is always survey-ready

• Previous maintenance leadership experience required

• Long-term care experience strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of building systems and regulatory compliance

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to emergencies

• Hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented
