Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities including:

• Conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using the latest DSM for both individual and group sessions, under the guidance of licensed psychologists.

• Providing tailored short-term psychotherapy and counseling across multiple modalities including crisis intervention, couples counseling, and family therapy.

• Establishing treatment plans informed by client needs, addressing urgent mental health concerns, and coordinating care in collaboration with physicians and mental health professionals.

• Utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions and manage scheduling and billing through an electronic system, enhancing efficiency and client accessibility.

• Supporting clients with dual diagnoses through specialized interventions aimed at fostering recovery and growth.

• Contributing to departmental quality management activities and participating in weekly clinical meetings to discuss challenging cases and share insights.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for candidates applying for the LMFT position:

• Must possess a valid LMFT license or Psy.D in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
