Accounts Payable Specialist

Location : Sharonville, OH

Shift : 1st Shift

Pay : $20-22 an hour

Job Duties:

Processed and matched vendor invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports
Audited expense reports and coded transactions to appropriate accounts
Verified pricing and resolved invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal departments
Maintained vendor accounts and responded to vendor inquiries
Prepared accounts payable reports and maintained financial records
Reconciled accounts and monitored invoices through the approval process

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Previous experience with Accounts Payable is required
Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications
Familiarity with database management and data entry principles
Strong organizational, prioritization, and recordkeeping skills
