Attorney Recruiting Coordinator

Overview The Attorney Recruiting Assistant provides critical support for attorney hiring programs, including summer associate and lateral hiring initiatives, in a leading law firm environment. The role involves extensive administrative coordination, client service delivery, and collaboration with recruiting teams to facilitate smooth operational processes during high-volume recruitment periods. Responsibilities Assist with planning, coordination, and implementation of summer associate and lateral attorney recruiting programs Support the scheduling, communication, and onboarding of attorney candidates in collaboration with hiring managers and legal teams Manage candidate databases, applicant tracking systems, and related platforms (e.g., LawCruit, Symplicity, Legal.DATA) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information Prepare and distribute interview materials, offer letters, and related documentation Provide general administrative support including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence for attorney recruiting teams Contribute to project coverage during peak periods, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and compliance with firm policies Qualifications Prior experience supporting legal or professional services recruitment, administrative coordination, or HR functions in a law firm or corporate legal setting Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with legal and recruiting teams Availability for temporary, seasonal engagement during summer months and peak hiring periods Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as LawCruit, Symplicity, or Legal.DATA Knowledge of attorney recruiting practices and summer program management Familiarity with legal hiring policies and compliance standards Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Previous experience supporting law firm pipelines for large summer associate classes or lateral attorney hires Core Technical Skills Recruitment Coordination & Administration Calendar & Travel Management Legal Recruitment Processes & Summer Program Support Data Entry, Recordkeeping, and Database Management The Phoenix Group Advisors is an equal opportunity employer.
