Recruiting Coordinator Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our customer located in Menlo Park, CA. This is a Temp to Hire role with regular business hours and 100% onsite work. Overtime is expected. Salary: USD30,000 - USD35,000 per year. Responsibilities The Recruiting Coordinator will partner closely with a tight-knit People Ops team to shape how world‑class talent experiences the company from their very first touchpoint. This role is a visible, trusted partner to hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters alike, with real ownership over the candidate experience. Coordinate and manage high-volume, sometimes complex candidate interviews including travel, accommodations, and reimbursements Utilize our applicant tracking system to communicate with, track, and schedule candidates Host candidates and ensure the on‑site interview process is seamless Collaborate with recruiters and stakeholders across the organization, including engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations to provide a smooth recruiting experience Qualifications Communicates effectively with all levels of staff Highly organized, efficient, reliable, and able to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously Familiar with or able to quickly learn cloud-based online tools This position requires a strong fit with our core values: Excellence without Ego. #J-18808-Ljbffr
