Job Summary

Family Medicine, and/or Med/Peds physicians are sought for an outpatient-only practice that balances clinical duties with a supportive, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an outpatient schedule with flexible clinic hours: Monday & Tuesday 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Wednesday – Friday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
• One evening per week and a Saturday rotation (approximately once in six weeks) are required.
• Work 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours per week.
• Participate in a collaborative care model with APP panel sharing.
• Utilize the robust support system, including Up-To-Date access, behavioral health collaboration, a 24/7 nurse call center, a centralized prescription refill team, and Epic EMR with ambient voice dictation to streamline documentation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range $320,000 to $375,000 based on experience.
• Up to $250,000 recruitment incentive.
• Residency/Fellowship stipend up to $45,000 and available up to 18 months prior to graduation.
• Geography stipend of $10,000 guaranteed for one year, re-evaluated for continuance.
• 15 CME working days and $4,500 CME funds annually.
• Fully paid relocation.
• 401(k) with Geisinger annual contribution over $15,000.
• Academic involvement with medical students and residents.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) – required.
• Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Pennsylvania.
