Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee clinical care for patients, demonstrating proficiency in evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs, preparing comprehensive treatment logs and documentation.

• Deliver tailored therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, fostering a therapeutic atmosphere conducive to healing.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to design and implement effective intervention plans aimed at addressing psychological challenges.

• Utilize advanced clinical skills to navigate crisis situations, providing immediate support and therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Crestwood Care Consultants, you will serve a diverse array of clients, including those with complex psychological needs. This includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your patient population may span various age groups and backgrounds, allowing you to apply your expertise in a dynamic and rewarding manner.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Arizona is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, providing direct therapy to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $135,000, depending on experience and licensure.

• Sign-on bonus of up to $1,500, plus potential additional bonuses based on state licensure, up to $2,000.
