Academic Hematopathologist

Position Summary The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking an academic Pathologist with sub‑specialty training in Hematopathology for a tenure‑track/tenured, fixed‑term, or variable‑track faculty position at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. The ideal candidate will have a primary service assignment in hematopathology, with interests in flow cytometry or molecular diagnostics encouraged. Successful candidates may be considered for a leadership role as Director of Hematopathology. The position offers membership in the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center and opportunities to teach in the School of Medicine and the Graduate School.
