Customer Success Manager

TE Connectivity's Sales and Marketing Teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of TE's products, systems or services including sales oriented activities, market development and communications. The Customer Success Manager serves as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the product lifecycle. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful execution of customer programs from onboarding through production fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can effectively manage complex customer requirements, facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders, and ensure customer satisfaction through operational excellence, responsiveness, and continuous collaboration.

The central point of contact of communication and escalation for Hyperscale or Lighthouse accounts. Coordinate information from each region to provide information to the GAM and the customer from a global perspective. Effectively lead collaboration with ODM/OEM Sales, Product Management, Support and Operations if needed regarding fulfillment. Read forecasts for business direct and through ODMs and work with supply chain to establish load. Establish lasting relationships with key stakeholders within the customer. Possible travel to customers. Maintain a list of PCN coordinate with the DRI owners to populate regular updates. Participating in projects to ensure they are completed on time with Product Management NPI and mass production fulfillment. Coordinate samples to ensure delivery on time. Monitor direct and indirect orders for on time delivery through zbmt and following the LRC process. Support GAM as needed with information tracking. In line down situations and decommits, work with the CCP and Supply Chain team to understand issues ensure we are providing the best possible ship date. Onboarding of Customers, portals, edi, and consignment programs. Consignment programs if applicable by customer.

Strong understanding of the business. Ability to provide direction to cross functional groups. Someone who can take lead with tough challenges and demonstrate skills in problem solving. Strong communication skills, written and verbal, professionalism, and ability to work with all levels of within the customer. Positive attitude and demonstration of flexibility in project management approach to meet client needs. Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and problem solve. Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities along with successfully working under time constraints. Excellent organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate, plan, monitor and manage projects.

Compensation: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $78,100 - $117,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location). Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits.
