Customer Service Representative (Full‑Time, Union City, CA) We are seeking a full‑time Customer Service Representative to communicate with customers daily via email and phone, reply to inquiries, process urgent orders and samples, coordinate with the warehouse, perform data entry in various systems, resolve issues, and assist the internal customer sales team, logistics, accounting, marketing, and external customers. Reports to: Customer Service Manager. Location: On‑site, Union City, California. Responsibilities Interface with customers via phone, email, and in person to ensure overall satisfaction. Accurately and promptly process customer orders. Respond quickly to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and accounts. Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product inquiries. Provide pricing, service, and delivery information to customers. Maintain accurate customer account information in the database. Communicate directly with sales representatives to provide accurate information regarding samples, orders, and inventory levels. Manage time efficiently to meet team and individual deadlines. Record details of customer interactions in Salesforce for reference by the CS department or other departments. Follow up within 24 hours of all customer requests. Work across functions to provide necessary customer information and assistance to Regional Sales Managers and sales reps. Adapt flexibly to meet customer needs and internal requirements. Maintain customer records by updating account information. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining causes, selecting solutions, expediting actions, and following up for resolution. Provide timely information on incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests. Process customer orders, changes, and returns per department policies and procedures. Collaborate with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items. Provide timely feedback to the company on service failures or customer concerns. Partner with the sales team to exceed customer service expectations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of B2B customer service or call‑center experience. Minimum 2–3 years of experience with data entry. Experience working in a team environment and meeting deadlines. Exceptional customer‑service skills, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills. Professional phone voice. Knowledge of ERP programs for order processing and data gathering; preferred experience with NetSuite and Salesforce. Proficiency with computers and experience with shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of orders and overall customer satisfaction. Organized, flexible, able to follow instructions and receive feedback. Good judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions and solve problems as needed. Ability to ask probing questions and diffuse tense situations. Strong time‑management and decision‑making skills. Adaptability and accountability. Fluency in multiple languages may be desired. Part‑Time Accounting Manager (Union City, CA) Oversee monthly financial close, maintain accurate financial reporting, and support cash‑flow visibility. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional who can operate independently and partner with leadership. Reports to: Finance Manager. Location: In‑person, Union City, California. Schedule Part‑time: 10–25 hours per week. Flexible schedule; heavier workload during month‑end close. Responsibilities Manage monthly close process and prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). Ensure accuracy of general ledger and reconciliations. Review work of bookkeeper/AP/AR (if applicable). Maintain and improve accounting processes and controls. Support cash‑flow tracking and basic forecasting. Coordinate with external CPA for tax filings and year‑end close. Assist with audit preparation, if needed. Maintain compliance with GAAP standards. Qualifications 5–8+ years of accounting experience. Strong experience with month‑end close and financial statements. Hands‑on experience with NetSuite (required). Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel. Solid understanding of GAAP. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or CPA‑track preferred. Experience in small to mid‑sized companies. Experience cleaning up or optimizing NetSuite processes. Regional Sales Manager – North (Illinois, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin) Reports to: CEO and Vice President of Commercial Development. Location: North Region (Illinois, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin). Overview The Sales Manager is responsible for driving incremental sales growth, managing field sales activities, and developing the branded business within the assigned region. The key responsibility is to maximize sales results in accordance with company objectives. Responsibilities Deliver annual sales growth targets set by the Sales Organization for the region. Manage opportunities and accounts to produce required results, including quarterly review of account coverage. Implement an annual sales plan identifying new branded distributor and end‑user opportunities and build strategies for existing distributors. Enhance regional gross profit through positioning of hand health and performance technology products. Make pricing exception recommendations and document profitability considerations. Use CRM Salesforce to capture and progress opportunities, track lost business, and forecast new business. Present monthly win/loss and marketing intelligence with marketing and supply. Develop relationships with key distributors and end‑users; evaluate need for additional resources and implement programs. Achieve annual personal objectives. Communicate field intelligence and activities to sales, marketing, and operations on a timely basis. Travel 50%+ of the time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus); computer skills required. Minimum 2 years’ experience with large industrial end‑user field sales, sales management, and industrial distribution. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, planning, computer, and administrative skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, including staff management. Track record of ethical and professional performance. Principal Accountabilities Inform the commercial team of issues, opportunities, and market conditions affecting field sales. Develop and sustain strong relationships with key end users and distributors. Maintain accurate Salesforce data. Develop annual Regional Business Plans aligned with overall company objectives. Submit monthly Field Feedback Reports summarizing activities. Review quarterly distributor and end‑user performance and implement improvements. Manage pricing exceptions to maximize profits.
