Salesforce Engineer

Salary Salary: $155,000 - $172,000/year. Job Summary The Salesforce Engineer will implement new features, integrations, and workflow automation while maintaining system performance and usability. This position plays a key role in supporting continuous system improvement aligned with user needs and data‑driven insights. Work Location On‑site in Washington, DC. Remote will be allowed with federal client approval. Responsibilities Salesforce development, configuration, and administration. Workflow automation, dashboards, and integrations. System enhancements and sustainment. Support analytics and data visualization (Tableau preferred). Requirements 5–8+ years development experience with the Salesforce platform. Experience with integrations and user‑facing systems. Desired Qualifications Federal experience preferred. Clearance Requirement Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
