Accounting Position

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Record vehicle sales, wholesale deals, and related financial documentation.
• Verify and post vendor invoices, repair orders, and purchase orders.
• Assist with bank deposits, cash handling, and statement reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records of dealership expenses and income.
• Prepare and distribute reports for management as needed.
• Support payroll processing and employee timekeeping when required.
• File and maintain accounting documents for audits and compliance.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal staff to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform other general office duties to support dealership operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of accounting or administrative experience, preferably in an automotive dealership or similar industry.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with dealership management systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, onsite position in a corporate office environment.
• Monday–Friday schedule. Business casual dress code.
