Butler, we’re dedicated to Building What Matters — for our clients, our communities, and our team.ABOUT THE ROLEWe’re looking for an experienced Superintendent with a well-rounded background in commercial construction, including projects such as retail, multifamily, data center, education, office, industrial, healthcare, or other complex commercial developments. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of every phase of a project, and brings strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to the field.With a strong pipeline of upcoming work throughout the Peninsula (SF Bay Area), we are specifically seeking candidates who live in or near the Peninsula Bay Area to support our long-standing and growing presence in the region. In this role, you’ll lead and supervise all aspects of assigned projects from mobilization through punch list and demobilization, ensuring safety, quality, and clear communication every step of the way. With a strong presence in the Peninsula and projects throughout California, this role offers exposure to a diverse mix of project types, clients, and markets.
