Facilities Coordinator

Facilities Coordinator – Onsite in Southfield, MI Responsible for day‑to‑day management of building operations, maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment, and providing remote support across 7 Brew locations. Role includes coordinating maintenance, vendor relationships, and facility‑related needs. Responsibilities Welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism. Manage front‑desk operations: phone, email, mail, scheduling, and office flow. Maintain office cleanliness and organization. Serve as central point of communication for all facility needs. Perform light cleaning duties (trash, bathrooms, general office). Occasionally use personal vehicle for errands (reimbursed). Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment coordination. Support internal communications, assist with company meetings, handle document preparation, filing, scheduling, and task management. Coordinate ordering, setup, and deployment of employee laptops and related equipment. Manage post‑opening facility issues remotely. Coordinate vendors and warranty repairs. Plan and oversee troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and connectivity issues. Track maintenance of equipment (refrigeration, doors, water systems, ice machines). Plan inspections and follow up on site repairs (concrete, signage, fixtures). Ensure all building systems and site conditions are fully operational and compliant. Qualifications Prior administrative or receptionist experience (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organization and time‑management abilities. High integrity and discretion with sensitive information. Comfort working independently and taking ownership. Proficiency with email, office software, and scheduling tools. Compensation and Benefits Salary range $60,000–$70,000 depending on experience. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options. Performance‑based bonus potential. Paid Time Off after 90 days.
