Marketing Coordinator

Compensation: New role for client so they are open on compensation depending on experience We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support and execute targeted marketing campaigns designed to generate new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients. This role will work closely with sales and leadership to develop business-to-business (B2B) marketing initiatives, manage client outreach campaigns, and utilize HubSpot CRM to segment contacts, coordinate communications, and track campaign activity and results. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns from development through execution. Key Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, and execute B2B marketing campaigns targeting prospective companies and decision-makers. Create and manage targeted campaigns to existing clients and contacts through HubSpot CRM, including email marketing and client engagement initiatives. Segment CRM contacts and maintain accurate marketing lists to ensure campaigns reach the appropriate audiences. Collaborate with sales and leadership to develop campaign messaging, promotional materials, and strategies that support business development efforts. Track and analyze campaign performance, including engagement, response rates, lead generation, and other key marketing metrics. Assist with the creation of marketing content for email campaigns, digital communications, social media, presentations, and other promotional materials. Maintain marketing calendars, coordinate campaign schedules, and ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, marketing coordination, B2B marketing, or a related role. Experience developing and executing email and client marketing campaigns. Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing tools strongly preferred. Strong written communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
