SEEKING applicants with DEBT COLLECTION experience to work in our Earth City office. At Client Services, Inc. you will have work-life balance with a set Monday - Friday schedule, NO late nights and NO weekend work. In addition to paid holidays, you will receive plenty of PTO. Here's what you've got to do: Effectively and comfortably handle inbound and outbound calls to consumers regarding overdue accounts Utilize problem solving skills to find customer specific solutions in difficult situations Analyze consumer accounts and negotiate payment/settlement arrangements based on those analyses Ensure superior customer service through excellent verbal and written communication Notate and maintain accurate, up-to-date information for consumer accounts Here's what we want: 5+ year of collections experience in a high-volume contact center required Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills required Strong verbal and written communication skills so you can connect with consumers over the phone and take clear notes in our computer system plenty of PTO paid holidays Client Services, Inc. is committed to equal employment opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Client Services, Inc.
