Business Development Representative

We’re working with a fast-growing Series A technology company building an AI-powered platform for businesses selling into the public sector. The platform uses AI and data to help companies identify opportunities, understand government buyers and connect with the right decision-makers across the state, local and education (SLED) market. This is an early-stage team with strong backing and ambitious growth plans, offering the opportunity to join at an exciting point in the company’s development. About the Role We’re looking for a Business Development Representative with 6+ months of outbound prospecting experience to help build pipeline and drive new business. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys outbound sales, is confident picking up the phone and wants to progress quickly. High performers will have a clear path towards an Account Executive role within 3-6 months . What You’ll Be Doing Running outbound prospecting through cold calling, conferences and personalised campaigns Finding and engaging the right decision-makers within target accounts Conducting discovery calls and qualifying opportunities Researching accounts and creating tailored outreach Using AI tools to build and improve outbound campaigns Working closely with the sales team to generate and convert pipeline What We’re Looking For 6+ months of full-time BDR/SDR outbound experience Strong commercial and business acumen Comfortable with cold calling and speaking to decision-makers Experience using AI tools within outbound sales Ambitious and motivated to progress into an AE role Based in or willing to relocate to Fort Lauderdale, FL Someone looking to progress rather than stay in a BDR role long‑term Why Join?
