Temporary Recruiter

To support the recruitment process for a Call Center, the fully remote Temporary Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while ensuring compliance with internal processes and state/federal laws. Key responsibilities Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs for both hourly and exempt positions Manage the complete recruitment process for high-volume roles, including job postings and candidate selection Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with departmental needs Required qualifications BA/BS in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 1 to 2 years of human resources experience, preferably in a recruiting role Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and work as part of a team Intermediate knowledge of PC applications for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
