Key Responsibilities Course Instruction – Teach undergraduate courses in core areas of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, including engineering mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, mechanical design, manufacturing, systems dynamics, and controls. Curriculum Development – Collaborate with faculty to develop, revise, and improve course content, instructional materials, and laboratory experiences to enhance student learning and program outcomes. Student Engagement – Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students; engage in activities that promote student success and retention. Instructional Innovation – Incorporate active learning strategies, modern pedagogical tools, and technology‑enhanced instruction; participate in departmental and university‑wide teaching initiatives. Service and Collaboration – Contribute to departmental service, including committee participation, outreach, and recruitment efforts; collaborate across the department, college, and university.
