Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing support for well, chronic, or acutely ill individuals
• Collaborating with other health professionals to address health needs
• Coordinating communications related to health and safety supports
• Managing medications as per physician's direction
• Documenting health status in nurse's notes
• Supervising licensed practical/vocational nurses as required
• Ensuring training for health and safety related topics is provided
