Enrollment & Billing Specialist6 Month Contract Location: Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 3 days onsite (Tuesday–Thursday) Pay Rate: $28/hour4 Corner Resources is seeking an experienced Enrollment & Billing Specialist to support healthcare enrollment, eligibility, billing, and member account operations across multiple lines of business, including Medicare and Medicaid plans. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent data entry accuracy, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess member enrollments, disenrollments, terminations, and account updates accurately and within established service level agreementsReview and reconcile eligibility and billing reports to ensure member records and premium payments are correctly appliedPerform high-volume data entry and maintain accuracy across multiple systems and platformsInvestigate and resolve member account discrepancies, billing issues, and eligibility concernsProcess payments, refunds, and account adjustments as neededReview and update transactions within customer management and workflow systemsCollaborate with Contact Center Operations, Member Services, and cross-functional teams to resolve escalated member inquiriesWorking within vendor and healthcare platforms to validate eligibility and enrollment informationMaintain daily productivity and quality standardsSupport additional operational and administrative duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredExperience working in healthcare enrollment, billing, eligibility, or member services operationsStrong data entry and multitasking skills in high-volume environmentsAdvanced Microsoft Excel experience, including pivot tables, filtering, and reconciliation reportingProficiency with Microsoft Outlook and WordExperience using CRM, workflow management, or healthcare processing systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a team environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work overtime as neededPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree preferredPrevious experience in Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, or commercial insurance environmentsExperience with auditing, reconciliation, or analytical reportingExperience working with eligibility platforms and vendor systemsKnowledge of healthcare enrollment workflows and member record processingExperience with Microsoft Access or data management systems preferred
