Remote HR Coordinator

This position supports day-to-day human resources activities including employee records, onboarding, scheduling, recruiting coordination, HR documentation, and employee communications. Responsibilities

• Support daily HR and administrative activities
• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and employee onboarding schedules
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with recruiting and candidate communication
• Prepare HR reports, forms, and internal documentation
• Respond to routine employee questions and requests
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork and new-hire processes
• Update HR systems and employee databases
• Support benefits, attendance, and employee information processes

Requirements
