Brookfield,WI Description Our client, a provider of housing and care for those with developmental disabilities is seeking an HR Coordinator to work on an ongoing project hiring over 125 employees per month. This person will assist with all things administrative around the hiring process and evolve to heightened HR tasks. This is an ongoing contract position that pays $22 per hour and includes an 8am-5pm M-F schedule, WORKS REMOTE/FROM HOME, requires no travel and will initially train in Brookfield, WI or Watertown, WI for 1 week. The key to this role is high attention to detail with HR process aptitude. The incumbent of this role will:

The key to this role is high attention to detail with HR process aptitude. The incumbent of this role will:
- Manage offer letters in Dayforce, save prestart forms of the new hires, hire new hires into DayForce, send out iSupport New Hire onboarding emails
- Assist in following up with new hires on documents needed
- Help with final review of new hires - upload all the new hire documents into Dayforce, data entry in the Personal Confidential Information section with their state requirement/DL/auto insurance and/or license data - add names to the final review list for full clearance of hire.
- Send out the final clearance emails in iSupport and close out case and delete from A-1 state tabs
- Help to pull reports from Dayforce, help update trackers of names who have expired DL, auto insurance cards, license exp, state background rechecks
- Help with downloading driving records and uploading into Dayforce
- Help pull documents for licensing when requested
- Help manage the physical recheck process and getting emails and documents out to employees/mgrs. And assisting with following up on results and updating the DF PCI and attaching the results
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or closely related discipline OR equivalent experience.
- Any experience or internship in the human resources arena.
- Proficient Experience with DayForce/Ceridian software or comparable software.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking, Payroll, Human Capital Management, and other HR systems.
- Web navigation and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)
- Experience supporting a multi-state employee base
- Experience with Docusign
- Any HR certification
