Key Responsibilities Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic corporate transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate transaction agreements and related documentation. Conduct and manage due diligence processes. Support private equity investments and joint venture transactions. Coordinate transaction teams and work closely with clients throughout the deal lifecycle. Provide practical, business-focused legal advice in fast-paced transactional environments. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Previous experience working in a law firm is required. 3-5 years of substantive Corporate/M&A experience. Experience handling complex transactional matters with significant client responsibility. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent academic credentials.
