What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care to high-risk obstetric patients in a high-volume unit
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient management and safety
• Support labor, delivery, and postpartum processes utilizing advanced clinical skills
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols
• Monitor fetal and maternal well-being, including interpretation of fetal heart rate tracings
• Assist with emergency interventions and complex deliveries
• Document patient care accurately within Epic electronic medical records

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or applicable state
• Minimum 2 years' experience in high-risk OB or labor and delivery
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM
• Epic experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts, including call and float as needed

• Experience in teaching hospitals
• Handling high-volume units (200-300 births/month)
