Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide critical care nursing across various ICU units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, MICU, NCCU
• Float between units based on staffing needs and patient acuity within the same or lower acuity levels
• Perform IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and ventilator management
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with hospital standards

What You Need

• Ohio Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• Skills in IV insertion, telemetry, and ventilator management
• Ability to float safely across different ICU units

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel nursing experience
