What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality critical care to ICU patients across multiple units including Neuro ICU, surgical ICU, MICUs, CVICU, SICU, NCCU, and more
• Administer ventilator management, telemetry, IV starts, and other advanced ICU procedures
• Float seamlessly between ICU units based on staffing and patient acuity needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Adhere to hospital policies and maintain compliance with all safety standards

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license or applicable multi-state license
• Minimum 2 years ICU RN experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
• Experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management

Preferred:

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Ability to adapt quickly to different ICU environments
