Job Description

GTAW pipe welder is responsible for welding structural piping components.

Responsibilites:

Prepare and weld pipe and fitting in all positions (butt, bulb, overhead, vertical) as specified by drawings.

Utilize knowledge of metallic and non-metallic materials, equipment specifications, and welding procedures.

Pass Ultrasonic and Magnetic Particle tests

Ensure welds meet industry standards and specifications maintained a safe, amd compliant work enviroment.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layouts.

Skills:

Proficiency in GTAW welding including overhead and vertical positions.

Ability to pass welding tests.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Knowledge of safety and protocols and welding best practices.

Must have 3 years welding experience.
