Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff, schedules, and daily operations within the unit
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations related to patient care and documentation
• Monitor and evaluate patient care plans, interventions, and outcomes
• Act as a liaison between nurses, physicians, patients, and families to ensure seamless communication
• Oversee staff training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
• Address patient concerns, incidents, and complaints , ensuring timely resolution
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care standards
• Maintain accurate records of staffing, patient care metrics, and compliance audits

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and best practices
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills
