CHOICES Case Management is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Nurse Case Managers in the meaningful, fast-paced work we do every day. This is a critical role that serves as the operational backbone for our nursing team—ensuring details are handled, communication flows smoothly, and nothing slips through the cracks. In this role, you’ll wear many hats—administrative, communication, and coordination—helping ensure that: New cases are opened quickly, accurately, and in compliance with HIPAA Clients and care team members feel welcomed, informed, and supported from day one Documentation is organized, reviewed for accuracy, and properly tracked Task lists, follow-ups, and deadlines are actively managed Nurse Case Managers have a dependable right hand they can trust completely Why CHOICES? Your best shot at success—and quick consideration—will include: 2+ years of experience in a medical or clinical office setting (administrative or assistant role) Familiarity with the Workers’ Compensation industry (strongly preferred) Experience working remotely, with proven ability to stay focused, organized, and accountable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfort managing high volumes of work, frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities Strong organization, time management, and follow-through Confidence using technology, including Microsoft Office, databases, and specialized platforms Proficiency in business writing, basic math, and typing (40+ WPM) High standards for accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PST Above all, we’re a team that shows up for each other—even on tough days.
