ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2021 and is a growing team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked for State Farm corporate, starting my career while attending Illinois State University. I'm originally from Rock Falls and bring a strong understanding of the industry along with a passion for building a successful, people-focused agency.

For our team, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including 15 days of PTO plus sick time, all bank holidays off, a 401(k), health benefits, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. We also offer a hiring bonus for licensed candidates and will cover licensing costs for those who are not yet licensed.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shay Brown - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
